28 May, 2013 Dubai: The Economy Minister Sultan Al-Mousoury, has officially announced that SCA (Securities and Commodities Authorities) project starts its construction work on today at Al- Garhood, He put the corner stone of the building and declared as the starting of construction work of the building.

The building (4B+G+10) consists with different features as four basement for car parking, ground floor with auditorium, cafeteria and restaurant facilities along with ten typical floors for the highly equipped modern offices.

The building was designed by Archon Engineering Consultant one of the renowned engineering consultant in UAE. “It has been designed with most modern technology, by satisfying the client requirement at its optimum level and suppose to be finished on 2010” says Eng. Mustafa Al Sheriani, the Chairman of Archon, The designated consultant of the project. Leman project management doing the project management work and Zetas Zemin Tecknolojisi undertakes the enabling work.

The location of the project is situated in the heart of the city close to the Dubai International air port, festival city with beautiful creek view from both sides.
